About

I'm Nathan, the founder of The Mindful Narrative.

I've always been fascinated by the way we tell stories about our lives — how those stories shape the way we see ourselves, and how they can be re-authored into something far more empowering.

That belief inspired me to create The Mindful Narrative: a practice rooted in compassion, evidence-based coaching, and the understanding that growth is most powerful when we take a whole-person approach.

In practice

A steady space to think out loud.

Every session begins with listening — really listening. From there we work together, gently and honestly, to make sense of what's going on and what you'd like to shift. No jargon, no pressure — just thoughtful conversation with structure behind it.

Approach

How I work

I bring together three core traditions:

  • Positive Psychology — uncovering strengths, fostering resilience, and setting value-driven goals.
  • Mindfulness-based Practices — cultivating presence, balance, and awareness.
  • Narrative Coaching — reframing limiting stories and stepping into new possibilities.

Alongside these, I integrate tools from other psychological disciplines — from cognitive-behavioural techniques to humanistic and systemic approaches. Every session is uniquely shaped around you.

If any of this resonates, the first step is simply a conversation.
