Group Coaching
The work happens in the room together. Group coaching draws on the honesty and momentum that come from being alongside others on the same path.
For small groups exploring a shared theme — resilience, confidence, transitions.

What's involved
Groups are formed around a theme — either an open cohort you join, or a bespoke group for an organisation or community. Each arc has a clear beginning, middle, and end.
What to expect
Groups are kept small and carefully held. Each session blends structured reflection, guided practice, and space to speak — with confidentiality and respect as the foundation.
Themes are chosen with the group or brought by an organisation: resilience, self-leadership, communication, wellbeing at work, or navigating change.
What we might work on together.
A sample, not a menu. The work is shaped around what you bring — and we often discover the real theme as we go.
