02 — The work

What to expect

One-to-one coaching is a space to slow down and look honestly at where you are, what you value, and what you want next. There is no template. We start where you are.

Sessions draw on positive psychology, mindfulness, and narrative coaching, alongside tools from wider psychological disciplines. The blend is chosen for you, not the other way around.

Whether you are navigating change, working through a stuck pattern, or reconnecting with what matters, coaching offers the structure and companionship to make that work sustainable.

04 — What changes

Outcomes people notice

  • Greater clarity about what you want and why
  • More confidence in the way you show up
  • Practical tools that hold up outside the session
  • A calmer, kinder relationship with yourself
05 — Fit

Is it the right fit?

Honest signals to help you decide. If you're unsure, the discovery call is the easiest way to find out.

This is for you if…
  • You want a private, thoughtful space to reflect
  • You're ready to look at what's underneath the pattern
  • You want tools that live outside the session, not just inside it
  • You value a warm, non-judgemental style over a rigid framework
This isn't for you if…
  • You're in active crisis or need clinical mental-health support
  • You want directive advice rather than collaborative work
  • You'd prefer to work in a group setting

07 — Getting started

The first step.

A free discovery call — around 30 minutes, informal, with no obligation to continue. A space to explore what's on your mind and see whether we feel like the right fit.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Send a note through the contact form — a sentence or a paragraph is enough.
